MAC Freelance Sales Associate position in Toronto — beauty consultations, makeup, skincare and fragrance expertise, retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application, skincare advice, fragrance consultations, and hair recommendations to customers
- Educate and delight customers through authentic, inspirational in-store interactions
- Support in-store events and promotional initiatives
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive display excellence
- Operate retail point-of-sale software with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance targets
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada
- Retail experience preferred; amateur-level expertise with demonstrated creative and technical ability also welcomed

Experience
Retail makeup or beauty experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level expertise and strong creative skills are encouraged to apply. Previous experience operating retail point-of-sale systems is required.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry or formal beauty training is desirable but not required. Applicants with demonstrable creative and technical expertise at any level are welcome to apply.
