MAC Freelance Beauty Sales Associate, Yorkdale, Toronto – on-call makeup, skincare, and fragrance consultation role with Estée Lauder Companies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized makeup application, skincare advice, and fragrance or haircare consultations to customers in a welcoming and inspirational manner
- Maintain expert knowledge of MAC product range and competitor positioning
- Contribute to in-store visual merchandising standards and participate in promotional events
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing in-store team to achieve sales and service objectives
- Support inventory management and store organization standards
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate authentic, inspirational, and personalized customer service
- Comfort working flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada
- Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail beauty experience preferred but not required

Retail beauty experience preferred but candidates with amateur-level creative and technical expertise who can demonstrate strong customer service aptitude are welcome to apply.

High school diploma or equivalent; makeup artistry certification desirable but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19 to CAD 20 per hour.
