Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application, skincare consultations, fragrance guidance, and hair advice to customers
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service that educates and delights clients in a fast-paced retail environment
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and drive sales impact
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions accurately
- Work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise in beauty consultation
- Proven ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada
- Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable but not required
