Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application services, skincare advice, and fragrance or hair consultations tailored to individual customer preferences
- Create an inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates customers on product benefits and application techniques
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute in-store events and promotional activities that drive engagement and sales
