MAC Key Holder position in Markham, ON. Part-time supervisory role supporting store operations and leading sales team in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and strategic store initiatives
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and register handling on a rota basis
- Model brand behaviors and customer service standards to inspire sales team performance
- Achieve sales and customer service targets through leadership and team engagement
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage end-of-day financial processes
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Cash handling and retail operations experience including opening and closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience with demonstrable success in achieving sales and customer service targets (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada

Experience
The candidate should have proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous experience in retail operations—including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing procedures—is desirable. Supervisory or coaching experience with a track record of mentoring team members to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable but not required.
