The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with efficient store operations, leads and coaches the sales team to meet customer service and sales targets, performs cash reconciliation, and opens and closes the store on a rotating schedule. This part-time regular role offers an anticipated base salary range of CAD 20–24, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, or budget, based on a 40-hour work week and scaled accordingly; eligible employees may also qualify for commission or bonuses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example and coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets.
- Perform start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in Canada if invited to interview.

Previous retail experience; proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics. Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
