Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada
