MAC Key Holder Full-time at Rideau Centre, Ottawa. Lead retail operations and sales team in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations
- Lead by example, modeling expected behaviors and demonstrating outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to the sales team
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Execute essential start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation with accuracy
- Open and close the store on a rota basis, maintaining security and operational standards
- Maintain retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
- Work flexibly across retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail operations including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or coaching/mentoring experience (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in Canada

Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics. Prior supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring is desirable. Ability to work retail hours flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
Education
No formal educational requirements specified; retail or cosmetics industry certification is a plus.
