Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor sales associates to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service that drives sales and achieves customer service targets
- Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation and manage cash handling procedures
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, ensuring operational standards are maintained
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the retail location
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience to achieve sales and customer service objectives (desirable)
- Prior retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of legal right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring is desirable. Prior retail operations experience with cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is beneficial.
Education
No specific educational requirements stated; high school diploma or equivalent is standard for retail supervisory roles.
