Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with sales and customer service targets
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operational running of the store
- Conduct cash reconciliation and cash handling at the start and end of trading day
- Perform store opening and closing duties on a rotating basis, including security and compliance checks
- Model exemplary customer service behaviors and professional standards for the sales team to emulate
- Coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Prior supervisory experience with demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to live and work in Canada
