MAC seeks a part-time Key Holder in Vancouver to lead retail sales and manage store operations with coaching and mentoring expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with sales and customer service targets
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient operation of the retail location
- Conduct opening and closing store procedures on a rota basis, including cash reconciliation and secure handling of daily transactions
- Model exemplary customer service behaviors and coach team members to demonstrate consistent brand standards
- Manage retail operations and maintain store presentation to support sales performance
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail point-of-sale (POS) software experience
- Right to live and work in Canada

Previous retail experience is required; supervisory or coaching experience and retail operations expertise (including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures) are desirable.
