MAC Key Holder position in Vaughan, Canada. Support store operations and lead sales team with coaching, mentoring, and cash handling expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and adherence to sales and customer service targets
- Lead by example and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Execute start and end of day cash reconciliation and handle cash management with accuracy and integrity
- Open and close the store on a rota basis, ensuring security protocols and operational readiness
- Monitor and support the sales team in achieving all sales and customer service performance metrics
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in Canada
- Valid identification and proof of work authorization
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities is desirable. Experience with retail point-of-sale software is preferred. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation is an asset.
Education
No formal educational qualification explicitly required; retail certifications or beauty industry training would be advantageous.
