Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and inspirational in-store makeup consultations and applications that educate and delight customers
- Leverage creative and technical expertise to deliver welcoming, customized beauty experiences
- Participate in in-store events and product demonstrations to create impact and drive customer engagement
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately

Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred, though amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise is welcome
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Availability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is desirable but not required; amateur-level experience with strong creative and technical foundation is acceptable. Experience with retail point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent professional training is preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent is typically expected.
