Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team by modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and coaching staff to achieve sales and service targets
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and manage opening and closing procedures on assigned shifts
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining store efficiency and smooth operational execution
- Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to drive sales performance
- Manage point-of-sale software operations and payment processing

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Prior supervisory or coaching experience with demonstrated success in leading team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal right to live and work in Canada
