MAC Bayview Village seeks a Key Holder in Toronto. Lead sales team with supervisory responsibility in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members to model exceptional customer service behaviors and achieve sales targets
- Conduct accurate cash reconciliation at opening and closing of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis per rota schedule
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient store running while maintaining a positive work environment
- Maintain standards of customer service and sales performance across the team
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail point-of-sale software proficiency
- Ability to obtain proof of right to live and work in Canada
- Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills (preferred)
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred)

Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring responsibilities is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash handling, store opening and closing procedures is advantageous.
