Michael Kors seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Kanata to lead store operations, elevate the customer experience, develop the team and drive client engagement and omnichannel sales. The role requires 3+ years of relevant retail management experience and English proficiency; compensation is CAD 19.50–23.00 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive results by delivering an elevated customer experience.
- Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.
- Foster customer relationships by developing and coaching the team on current trends, styling and selling techniques.
- Ensure the highest customer service standards while demonstrating strong leadership and multitasking capabilities.
- Build a client book by establishing client relationships that drive additional traffic and engagement.
- Drive omnichannel sales using available tools and technology.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
- Availability to meet store scheduling expectations, including a flexible schedule, weekends, holidays and peak retail traffic and sales days.
