Role & Responsibilities
- Keep the selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
- Maintain inventory in the stockroom.
- Keep the stockroom neat, organized, and safe.
- Complete daily stockroom tasks and follow shipping and receiving protocols and policies, including related paperwork.
- Process and complete all merchandise damage records accurately and on time each month.
- Participate in inventories.
- Comply with all point-of-sale policies and procedures.
- Execute relevant register functions correctly.
- Communicate store supply needs to management.
- Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance requirements.
- Participate in relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management.
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
- Build and maintain repeat clientele.
- Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, and stocked, and consistently reflects the correct visual image.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
- Ensure deliveries are processed properly and promptly.
- Identify product concerns in a timely manner.
- Communicate inventory needs in support of business goals.
