The Stock Associate manages inventory against KPIs, corporate guidelines and procedures, supports selling through impeccable stock maintenance, minimizes stock losses, and implements guidance from Store Operations and the Store Manager. The role oversees goods receipts, product handling and flows, stocktakes, repairs, markdowns, returns, transfers and e-commerce deliveries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Safeguard products and valuable materials in the warehouse throughout the handling process.
- Manage daily goods receipts, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
- Organize, manage and conduct product counts and stocktakes.
- Track product flows accurately through SAP.
- Manage product flows during repairs.
- Manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers and e-commerce deliveries in accordance with corporate guidelines and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High affinity for luxury products.
- A strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Mature and assertive.
- A degree in Business or Retail Management, or equivalent, is an asset.
- Interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
