Maison Margiela Client Advisor, part-time retail position in Toronto, Yorkdale. Join the luxury fashion house and deliver exceptional client service at $19–$20 CAD/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention
- Provide expert product knowledge and tailored styling advice aligned with client needs and brand vision
- Drive sales through exceptional service delivery, strategic upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
- Build and maintain enduring client relationships, developing a personal client book and facilitating engagement through follow-ups, event invitations, and personal styling sessions
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer recommendations that reflect Maison Margiela's distinctive aesthetic
- Maintain elevated standards of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and brand advocacy
- Uphold brand values, image, and standards of excellence at all times
- Stay current on brand heritage, new collections, and emerging industry trends
- Ensure store presentation and merchandise displays align with brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and manage inventory and stock replenishment
- Support back-office functions and participate actively in visual merchandising activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fashion, jewelry, or luxury lifestyle retail
- Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills capable of engaging clients authentically
- Demonstrated sales ability with capacity to meet and exceed sales targets
- Passion for delivering a personalized, luxury shopping experience
- Ability to interact effectively with international clientele and demonstrate cultural awareness
- Collaborative team orientation and strong communicative presence in group environments
- Multilingual proficiency strongly preferred
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands; proven track record in client-facing luxury retail roles is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail certifications or luxury service training are a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19 to CAD 20 per hour.
