Calvin Klein Sales Associate – Part-Time in Halton Hills, ON. Brand ambassador role with competitive hourly pay $18.10–$20.10 CAD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with a focus on suggestive selling and conversion optimization to drive units per transaction
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and promotional awareness to communicate brand value and build customer loyalty
- Deliver exceptional customer service by prioritizing customer needs and soliciting feedback for continuous business improvement
- Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, and visual merchandising directives in alignment with brand standards
- Maintain inventory control processes including RFID procedures and backstock organization
- Monitor store environment for security concerns and report potential theft incidents to management
- Collaborate with store team members to achieve sales targets and support brand initiatives
- Embrace organizational change, innovation, and inclusion while building positive relationships across the team
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
