Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Proven ability to lead by example and resolve issues in the moment
- Demonstrated confidence in supporting daily store operations and driving sales
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Capacity to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Prior experience as a retail team leader and key holder in a luxury or contemporary fashion environment is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or fashion-related training preferred.
