Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Floor Supervisor in Mirabel, QC to lead sales operations, drive customer experience, and manage daily store objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through warm, helpful interactions that stimulate sales and build brand passion
- Open and close the store, manage sales floor operations, and provide real-time coaching to associates
- Support the management team in delivering an outstanding in-store experience and achieving daily sales targets
- Process new inventory, restock merchandise, perform cash operations, and handle general floor activities
- Promote new campaigns and product launches, staying informed of brand vision and market developments
- Lead by example, solve problems on the floor in real time, and support daily store operations
- Maintain awareness of brand campaigns and initiatives to effectively communicate the brand vision to customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a team leader and key-holder role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead by example and solve problems proactively
- Enthusiasm and energy for brand values and objectives
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, stretch, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
- Basic English language proficiency may occasionally be required for communication with U.S. partners and leadership
