Floor Supervisor – Tommy Hilfiger, Montreal, QC. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and mentor teams at this full-time luxury fashion position with PVH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales targets and lead a team of associates in delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Open and close the store, performing end-of-day cash handling and operational procedures
- Mentor and guide sales associates in real time, modelling best practices and brand values
- Manage inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and stock rotation on the sales floor
- Embody and promote Tommy Hilfiger's brand vision, campaigns, and product launches to customers
- Support store management in maintaining visual merchandising standards and operational excellence
- Lead by example in problem-solving and address customer concerns with professionalism
- Maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a team leader or key-holder role within retail or hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage customers authentically
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
- Basic English language proficiency for communication with US-based partners and management
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Tommy Hilfiger brand aesthetic

Experience
Previous experience in a team lead or key-holder capacity in retail, preferably within fashion or luxury sectors. The candidate should demonstrate a track record of fostering inclusive team environments and achieving sales goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management or hospitality training is advantageous but not required.
