Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service interactions, building genuine brand connections and inspiring sales
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Calvin Klein's product lines and communicate the brand's design philosophy and values to customers
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, inventory processing, restocking, and cash handling operations
- Maintain the sales floor in alignment with brand visual standards and merchandising guidelines
- Support store operations and cleanliness by completing assigned tasks under store management direction
Qualifications
