Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging every shopper with genuine warmth and inspiring conversation that builds brand loyalty and drives sales
- Champion the Calvin Klein brand by communicating the aesthetic, quality and timeless value of the collections to customers on the sales floor
- Execute visual merchandising, restocking, and point-of-sale operations in alignment with brand standards and store presentation guidelines
- Maintain organization, cleanliness and operational efficiency across the sales floor and back-of-house areas under store management direction
- Support store business objectives through proactive customer engagement, upselling and cross-selling while embodying brand values of inclusivity and excellence
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail experience preferred, though training will be provided for qualified candidates without prior experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse customer groups
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and squat for extended periods and to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periods

Experience
Prior retail experience is preferred but not required; candidates without experience will receive comprehensive training to develop product knowledge and sales competency.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.75 to CAD 20.75 per hour.
