The Sales Associate delivers customer service, supports sales-floor and inventory operations, and promotes TOMMY HILFIGER’s brand standards under store management guidance. This is a temporary, part-time role with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, helpful customer experience that encourages sales and builds brand affinity.
• Stay informed about campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
• Process new inventory, restock shelves, operate the cash register, and support sales-floor operations.
• Represent the brand with pride, commitment, and passion for its customers.
• Promote and uphold TOMMY HILFIGER brand standards under the guidance of store management.

Qualifications

• Friendliness, strong organizational skills, and excellent time-management skills.
• Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 20.10 per hour.
