The Sales Associate delivers a high-quality customer experience, promotes TOMMY HILFIGER campaigns and products, and supports sales-floor operations, including inventory processing, replenishment and cashiering. This is a temporary, part-time position with flexible scheduling that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through warm, helpful interactions that encourage sales and build customer affinity for the brand.
- Stay informed about new campaigns and product launches, and communicate the brand vision to customers.
- Support sales-floor operations by processing new inventory, replenishing shelves and operating the cash register.
- Represent the brand with pride, commitment and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Friendly, organized and equipped with excellent time-management skills.
- Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
- Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
- Able to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for extended periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
