Tommy Hilfiger seeks a passionate Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and energize the store floor while promoting and upholding the brand's standards under the direction of store management. The role combines client engagement through warm, consultative conversations with operational support including inventory processing, restocking, and point-of-sale transactions. This position is ideal for a proactive team player who embodies brand pride and enthusiasm for the iconic American lifestyle brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, consultative client service that stimulates sales and builds brand passion through engaging conversations
  • Educate clients on new campaigns and product launches, acting as a brand ambassador to create lifetime brand advocates
  • Execute floor operations including inventory receipt, merchandise replenishment, and cash handling
  • Maintain visual presentation standards and support store organization
  • Display pride, dedication, and passion for the brand and clientele through professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • Friendly demeanor with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Energy and enthusiasm aligned with brand values and commercial objectives
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods while carrying loads up to 20 pounds (approximately 9 kilograms)
  • Retail experience preferred but not required
