Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, engaging customer interactions that inspire sales and foster brand loyalty
- Promote Tommy Hilfiger's latest campaigns and product launches to customers
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, and maintain organized sales floor standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
- Radiate brand pride and commitment to customers and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the Store Management team and fellow associates
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a warm and helpful demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
- Enthusiasm for fashion and brand values
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 20.10 per hour.
