Calvin Klein seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor and champion the brand's minimalist aesthetic. The role combines customer engagement, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and operational support to ensure store success while maintaining brand standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing genuine welcomes and engaging conversations that inspire sales and build brand loyalty
- Showcase product knowledge and serve as a brand ambassador for Calvin Klein's unique, timeless aesthetic
- Execute visual merchandising, processing, restocking, and cashiering tasks in alignment with brand vision
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to support smooth daily operations
- Support store management team with behind-the-scenes operational tasks
- Embody brand values of inclusion, teamwork, and authentic customer connection
Qualifications
- Friendliness, strong organizational skills, and effective time management
- Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and brand values
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Capacity to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
