Role & Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales performance and attain team targets whilst motivating associates through positive leadership and real-time coaching
- Open and close the retail store as a key holder, managing security, inventory reconciliation, and operational protocols
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging warmly with clients, understanding their needs, and building brand loyalty
- Process new inventory shipments, restock merchandise displays, and maintain store visual standards
- Perform point-of-sale transactions and manage cash handling with accuracy and integrity
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining brand standards, visual merchandising excellence, and a cohesive team environment
- Communicate brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives to both team and customers
- Address customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a retail team leader or key holder in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire a diverse team
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer acquisition
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required. Candidates should demonstrate a proven history of leading customer-facing teams and managing day-to-day retail operations under a Store Manager's supervision.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
