Richemont Sales Associate position in Toronto, Canada. Luxury retail role offering $23–$26/hour plus incentives with comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
  • Provide exceptional customer service with outstanding product knowledge and maintain professional demeanor before, during, and after sales interactions
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives and strategic follow-up
  • Adapt sales approach according to client needs and motivations, negotiating objections with ease
  • Serve as a referent for after-sales clients, providing recommendations aligned with Maison values
  • Ensure accurate capture of client data in available systems for relationship building and follow-up
  • Remain current on industry trends, product innovation, and competitive landscape
  • Assist with daily boutique operations including set-up, breakdown, display merchandising, and back-stock maintenance
  • Actively participate in inventory cycles and annual audits to ensure accuracy and successful audit completion
  • Support special projects including price changes and back-office responsibilities as needed
  • Attend and participate in in-store and offsite events, networking, and training initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred
  • General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Genuine brand ambassador with professional demeanor
  • Strong understanding of customer service priorities for internal and external clients
  • Self-starter with collaborative team-player approach

Experience

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday. Availability for retail hours including weekends and willingness to travel for trainings, client events, and conferences required.

Education

College degree preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 23 to CAD 26 per hour.
