Sephora Asset Protection Team Lead, Surrey BC. Lead loss prevention initiatives across multi-store district; CAD $30–$35/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all loss prevention programs and initiatives across assigned stores
- Review exception reports and cash variances to detect internal theft and suspicious activity
- Serve as primary trainer and development resource for Asset Protection Agents
- Conduct internal investigation interviews and maintain objective documentation
- Prepare market and agent performance recaps for the District Loss Prevention Manager on a weekly basis
- Organize and lead quarterly shoplifting prevention blitzes
- Conduct comprehensive store tours with leadership teams and document findings for regional distribution
- Review and approve agent schedules across assigned district
- Support high-shrink stores with inventory preparation and reconciliation
- Conduct agent onboarding and orientation procedures
- Perform OPEX evaluations as required
- Attend and present at district meetings and cluster training sessions in the absence of the DLPM
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of documented loss prevention experience in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Current provincial or local licensing requirements as applicable
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel within assigned district for store visits and training
- Physical capability to stand and walk the sales floor for 8-hour shifts
- Tolerance for fragrance-filled retail environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional loss prevention experience in a retail environment, with demonstrated success in detecting and preventing internal and external theft, managing teams, and implementing security protocols.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

This position is based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, within easy reach of Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 30 to CAD 35 per hour.
