Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Share professional expertise to educate customers and support their beauty journey with confidence and knowledge
- Stay current with beauty trends, new techniques, and product innovations to provide relevant and compelling advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through customer engagement and upselling
- Maintain store merchandising standards, manage inventory levels, and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail setting
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current beauty trends with strong self-confidence
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment whilst embracing inclusivity principles
- Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 22.7 kg
Skills
Experience
Retail experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated passion for beauty will be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent required; beauty-related certifications or training are advantageous but not mandatory.
