Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor at its Faubourg Boisbriand store on a flexible, on-call basis of 0–14 hours per week. The role focuses on personalized consultations, product expertise, sales performance and store presentation, with availability required for evenings, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Share product and beauty expertise to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey.
- Stay informed about new products, techniques and beauty trends to offer relevant advice and encourage repeat visits.
- Work toward exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Manage stock and merchandising, maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming store environment.
- Be available during the store’s peak periods, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Meet the minimum number of required shifts or weekly hours for the flexible on-call schedule, which is 0–14 hours per week.

- Experience and demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build strong client relationships in a pleasant, customer-focused retail environment.
- Passion for beauty and trends, with confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-oriented approach and ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-focused environment while applying inclusive principles.
- Physical ability to lift and move loads of up to 22.7 kg.
