Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients throughout their beauty journey
- Maintain awareness of emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide current and relevant advice
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote company values
- Ensure adherence to Sephora Canada policies and support a secure, safe shopping experience
- Maintain flexibility for peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
