Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations addressing each client's specific needs
- Educate and empower clients through expert knowledge of products, techniques, and beauty trends
- Stay current with emerging beauty innovations, techniques, and market trends to deliver relevant advice
- Achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators while supporting the team
- Maintain stock levels, visual merchandising standards, and a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including availability during peak shopping periods (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment
