Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and application methods
- Monitor beauty trends, emerging products, and innovative techniques to provide current, relevant advice that enhances client loyalty
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators while maintaining ethical and client-centered selling practices
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and store organization to maintain a clean, welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture that empowers colleagues and creates a safe, secure shopping experience

Qualifications

Experience

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
