Sephora Canada is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Calgary—deliver personalized beauty consultations and drive sales. CAD $17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences
- Share expert product knowledge to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by management
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming store culture where all clients and team members feel valued and empowered
- Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in a retail or hospitality setting
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current beauty trends
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a goal-oriented and inclusive mindset
- Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product information effectively
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Entry-level experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles is preferred; however, strong communication skills and genuine passion for beauty may compensate for limited formal experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal beauty or cosmetics training is beneficial but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
