Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and application methods
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, seasonal collections, and new product launches to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance by exceeding revenue targets and key performance indicators set by management
- Maintain store merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and visual presentation across all product categories
- Support a welcoming retail environment by fostering inclusivity, teamwork, and a culture of empowerment among colleagues and clients
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing service environment with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and current beauty trends
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and respond to client needs
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team setting
- Physical capability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level retail or hospitality experience demonstrating a track record of delivering excellent customer service and cultivating client loyalty.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
