Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and skincare routines
- Monitor emerging beauty trends and products to provide current, relevant advice and trend forecasting to clients
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators and sales targets set by management
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote a culture of openness and empowerment
- Adhere to Sephora Canada policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintain flexibility and reliability across peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment

Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience or demonstrated ability in retail, hospitality, or client-focused customer service roles, with a passion for beauty and cosmetics; formal experience is not required for entry-level candidates demonstrating strong service orientation.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty industry certifications (e.g. makeup artistry, skincare specialist) are valued but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
