Beauty Advisor – Part-Time | Sephora Canada, Charlottetown PE | CAD $18.00–$21.20/hr
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and share beauty knowledge to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely recommendations
- Contribute to sales performance by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators set by store management
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and ensure the retail space remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment where all clients and colleagues feel empowered and valued
- Uphold Sephora Canada's service standards and policies to create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintain flexibility and reliability with scheduling, including availability during evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience demonstrating excellence in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
