Sephora Canada seeks a Beauty Advisor on a part-time basis in Dartmouth, NS, offering CAD$16.70–$20.90/hr and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and innovations
- Maintain inventory accuracy, merchandising displays, and ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Drive sales results and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment where all colleagues feel empowered and valued
- Uphold Sephora Canada brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping experience

Qualifications
