Sephora Canada seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Edmonton, AB. CAD $17–$20/hr with bonuses and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations aligned with individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey
- Monitor emerging beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed established key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture where all clients and colleagues feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora Canada policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused customer service environments
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong, lasting client relationships
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, trends, and client empowerment
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a goal-oriented mindset and comfort in inclusive environments
- Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product information effectively
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or hospitality experience preferred; previous customer service and product knowledge in a client-focused environment advantageous.
