Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques and benefits to empower their beauty journeys
- Monitor beauty trends, new product launches, and industry developments to provide relevant and current advice
- Drive sales performance by exceeding targets and key performance indicators while maintaining client satisfaction
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming retail environment
- Promote an inclusive team culture and collaborate effectively with colleagues in a goal-oriented setting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to a safe, secure shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments

- Strong capacity to absorb and retain product knowledge quickly
- Physical capability to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or foundational customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty-related sectors is preferred; however, candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for beauty are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty certification or makeup artistry training is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
