The Beauty Advisor welcomes clients, delivers tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, and supports sales, inventory, merchandising, and an inclusive store environment at Sephora in Edmonton. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 30–40 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered, and contribute to a collaborative team.

Qualifications
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative, goal-oriented team player who thrives in an inclusive environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays; punctual with consistent attendance.
- Able to meet the required minimum weekly hours for full-time work: 30–40 hours.

Experience
Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment; beginner-level experience.
