Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Edmonton to deliver personalized beauty consultations, product recommendations, and expert guidance while supporting sales goals, merchandising, inventory, and an inclusive, welcoming store environment. The permanent role requires 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; compensation is CAD 17–20 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and support clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.

- Follow company policies and help ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
