The Beauty Advisor at Sephora in Edmonton delivers personalized consultations and product recommendations, shares beauty expertise, and supports sales, inventory, merchandising, and an inclusive client experience. This is a permanent, full-time position with a schedule of 30–40 hours per week; availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Compensation is CAD 17.00–20.00 per hour, with final pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and other relevant business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered and collaborate with the team.
- Follow company policies and help ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays; maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours: 30–40 hours per week for full-time roles, 15–29 for part-time roles, or 0–14 for flex roles as needed.

- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

- Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
