Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Stay current with the latest beauty products, innovations, and industry trends to provide relevant guidance
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork among staff
- Uphold Sephora Canada service standards and company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience
- Maintain flexibility for scheduling across peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused customer service environments
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and empowering client confidence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skills
Experience
