Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
• Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, new products, and industry innovations to provide relevant advice
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators established by the organization
• Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
• Promote an inclusive, welcoming culture and support team collaboration and empowerment
• Uphold Sephora Canada standards and company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in retail or hospitality
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Collaborative team player who thrives in goal-oriented environments
• Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge effectively
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Availability for flexible scheduling during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

Experience

Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience is preferred; entry-level candidates with demonstrated service excellence are encouraged to apply.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is typically expected; additional beauty or cosmetics certifications are advantageous but not required.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.70 to CAD 22.15 per hour.
